The location of the hotel is great, as it is very close to the metro station, allowing for easy access to various parts of the city. Additionally, the hotel is situated near Ku'damm, which is a bustling area with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes.

The communication from the hotel could be improved.

the room was beautifully decorated and large and it had a shower, a hair dryer, and toiletries, that's cool. the hotel's staff were helpful all the time.

The location in a particularly great area was absolutely perfect and there were chemist's and a supermarket nearby. I was surprised at nearby Graffiti Bar & Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks.

The staff were polite and always willing to help. The hotel's location was ideal, with plenty of eating and drinking options nearby. I had a really good experience here, everything was perfect, the location was top near to Tegel airport as well as U-Bahn. The staff were all exceptionally nice, and the room was nicely decorated and budget with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious, had a wide array of options and the food was fabulous...

I appreciated the fact that there were plenty of cafes and bistros nearby, offering a range of dining choices.

The thin walls and creaky floorboards were a bit of a downside as it caused some noise disturbances during my stay. Another downside was the lack of tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been a convenient addition.

The keysafe entry system worked like a charm, ensuring a smooth check-in even after hours. my stay was absolutely incredible with every possible amenity from free Wi-Fi and luggage storage to a lift and an electric kettle. I was delighted by the express check-in/-out option, saving me precious time to explore the amazing city. Plus, the hotel allowed pets and had a strict no-smoking policy on site. This was definitely the best hotel experience I've ever had!

The breakfast offered a variety of options, from toasts and cake to yogurt and different types of cheese. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, with no noise from other rooms or the street. Its location near the Adenauerplatz U-Bahn made it convenient for exploring the city. it was an excellent cost-benefit hotel with a cozy and clean atmosphere.
